    Commissioning Engineer – Switchgear

    £40,000 – £50, OTE £60,000 - £70, % Bonus + allowances + Structured career progression

    North West

    With this opportunity you will be work for a global leading OEM supplying their products to the renewable energy & utilities markets. Enjoy working as a Commissioning Engineer within a close-knit team and a company that will offers excellent progression opportunities and technical specialism within critical power.

    This company are well-established, market leading manufacturer of several critical power solutions and products. This will suit an engineer with a background in critical environments and looking to grow within an ever-expanding company with huge growth plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Service, Maintenance, and reactive breakdowns of switchgear panels
    • Primary / Secondary injection Testing & commissioning of Switchgears
    • Supporting customer FAT's
    • Producing test schedules, Reports
    • Monday to Thursday 8-5 / Friday 8-1pm
    • Site based / 20% travel (UK / Overseas)

    Background Required

    • Industrial electrician/ Service Engineer/ Test Engineer/ Commissioning Engineer
    • Experience with switchgear, circuit breakers etc
    • Electrically qualified (HNC/D, NVQ, or apprenticeship)
