Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant - Hybrid Halifax - 6+ month contract

We are looking for an Oracle HCM/HR implementation consultant with a broad skillset including technical hands on configuration experience. The role holder will be picking up from where an offshore partner has left the implementation. Initially the role will involve an analysis of current state before planning out (alongside a project/programme manager) the full implementation. The role holder will then use their expertise and technical competence to architect and deliver a fit for purpose system across the core modules of HCM.

Looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Experience of at least three previous Oracle HCM / HR implementations
• Experience of technical architecture as well as configuration
• Excellent communication skills
