RWE are looking for a creative people focused HSE professional who is keen to be part of a team that is committed to provide continuous improvement and work hand in hand with operational teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is already in the in industry or has experience within other high risk sectors and who is keen to join renewable energy.

The role is responsible for providing independent, expert and professional advice and guidance to the site teams on all health, safety and environmental issues.
Engage and develop relationships with operational teams to eliminate and reduce risks, develop HSE culture on site and adhere to HSE standards and rulesActively participating in and promoting a high standard of health, safety and environmental awareness.
Produce, and contribute to health safety and environment-related documentation required by the allocated offshore operations site and for the other UK operation sites.
Proactively support and advise line/project management in meeting their HSE responsibility (incl. but not limited to risk assessments) with technical, organizational and procedural as well as compliance adviceWork with the wider HSE team to assist in continuous improvement activities and improve HSE management system process improvement.
Hold a NEBOSH Certificate, ideally working towards a NEBOSH DiplomaHold a IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management
Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining a certifiable HSE Management System
Experience as an HSE professional for a minimum of 5 years.
Experience in behavioural safety techniques and delivering behavioural safety training would be desirable
Good written and spoken English
Good health, with general all round fitness to work in an offshore environment is a requirement for the role
The role will be based at London Array Offshore Wind Farm at the Port of Ramsgate and we are looking for candidates who live within ~45 minutes of commuting distance
