    Job Description
    Due to an increase in instructions, our client are seeking experienced clinical negligence fee earners to join their growing team (0-8 PQE). The hiring firm is a specialist company providing a range of services to clients across Yorkshire, with their primary focus on providing first-class client care. The role can be from any of their offices in the Yorkshire region, including Barnsley, York, Leeds, Sheffield, and Huddersfield.

    The role would suit candidates who can assist with the running of a busy complex case load of cases assisting senior members of their mini team, as well as demonstrating ability and knowledge to run a small case load of their own files under supervision. The role requires someone who is dedicated to delivering excellent client care, can provide accurate drafting skills and have a good working knowledge of CPR. There is an opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career with us.

    Requirements

    • Assist senior associate solicitor on high-value and catastrophic clinical negligence cases.
    • Progress to managing a mixed caseload of multi-track clinical negligence cases.
    • Assess prospects on cases and instruct experts as needed.
    • Attend new client meetings, take initial instructions, and provide advice on funding options.
    • Maintain accuracy in the case management system and ensure information is up to date.
