About Our Client:

Page Group are working in partnership with a global manufacturer and supplier of security products. This is a key role within the business that will oversee Customer Service, Internal Sales & Installation functions

Management and oversight of the Service Department focusing on customer experience, internal sales, efficiency and cost control
Build and nurture strong relationships across the business with key internal stakeholders
Ensure the service function drive commercial outputs through service contracts
Implement and create business strategies for the service function in line with wider business objectives, in line with company timescales and budget
Monitor and develop service contracts to encourage and improve customer retention rates
Establish and maintain department KPI's in line with customer expectations, taking corrective action where needed
Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
Develop and instil a culture of customer excellence &commercial awareness throughout the service department
Conduct team meetings to share best practise and continuing expectations
Drive process improvement and continuous improvement across the service function

The Successful Applicant:

Experience managing a similar Service, Customer Service or Internal Sales function
Record of driving continuous / process improvement
Extensive stakeholder management
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to positively influence
Experience in a service / manufacturing / engineering / construction business
Full UK driving license
