- Act as an advisor in Operational Resilience, possessing adeptness in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Cyber Security, Risk, Incident, and Crisis Management.
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams to pinpoint vulnerabilities, evaluate risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Steer the Resilience Framework's elements, uphold the Resilience Dashboard and KPIs, and take charge of Business Continuity (BC) & Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
- Institute preparedness blueprints for technology and cybersecurity crises, aiding crisis simulation exercises.
- Interface with stakeholders across corporate and operating businesses to furnish pertinent, prompt, and precise insights.
- Oversee resilience initiatives, ensuring elevated standards and streamlined project management.
- Promote a resilient culture across the organization and lead an agile team.
- Possess expertise in Operational Resilience domains and maintain abreast of industry advancements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in formulating and deploying organizational resilience frameworks, preferably within relevant sectors.
- Hold desired certifications such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, CBCI, CMCS, CISSP, or CISM.
- Possess foundational knowledge of frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
- Prior experience in global corporations, particularly within pertinent industries, is advantageous.
