Operational Resilience Manager - London (Hybrid) - up to £105,000 + Bonus

La Fosse has partnered with a global leader in sustainable packaging, to recruit an Operational Resilience Manager. This role involves shaping and implementing resilience strategies for their technology and cyber landscape.

Role Description:

• Act as an advisor in Operational Resilience, possessing adeptness in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Cyber Security, Risk, Incident, and Crisis Management.
• Collaborate closely with relevant teams to pinpoint vulnerabilities, evaluate risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Steer the Resilience Framework's elements, uphold the Resilience Dashboard and KPIs, and take charge of Business Continuity (BC) & Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
• Institute preparedness blueprints for technology and cybersecurity crises, aiding crisis simulation exercises.
• Interface with stakeholders across corporate and operating businesses to furnish pertinent, prompt, and precise insights.
• Oversee resilience initiatives, ensuring elevated standards and streamlined project management.
• Promote a resilient culture across the organization and lead an agile team.

Requirements:

• Possess expertise in Operational Resilience domains and maintain abreast of industry advancements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in formulating and deploying organizational resilience frameworks, preferably within relevant sectors.
• Hold desired certifications such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, CBCI, CMCS, CISSP, or CISM.
• Possess foundational knowledge of frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Prior experience in global corporations, particularly within pertinent industries, is advantageous.
