Who we are:
Echo Managed Services are part of South Staffordshire Plc. We are a customer focused department.

The role entails delivering excellent customer service, taking payment and Direct Debit calls from our customers courteously and in a timely manner.

You will be required to deliver first class customer service each and every time, and ideally have a background of providing high quality inbound/outbound/face to face liaison.

The role covers a working window of 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to work varied shift patterns including evenings and weekends (to include bank holidays).
