Remuneration: Approximately £200 per day (dependent on experience)
Vehicle and Tools: Own tools and van required

As a growing company, we are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Carpenter to join our team and contribute to our commitment to maintaining safe and comfortable homes for our tenants.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Undertake a wide range of carpentry tasks within social housing properties, including kitchen and bathroom fittings, doors, windows, skirting boards, and flooring installations.
- Carry out repairs and renovations to existing carpentry fixtures and structures as required.
- Perform multitrade tasks beyond carpentry, such as basic plumbing, tiling, and general maintenance work.
- Assess project requirements and provide accurate estimates for materials and timeframes.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with tenants to address any queries or concerns during project execution.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to achieve efficient project completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with expertise in various carpentry tasks.
- Proficiency in kitchen and bathroom fittings, as well as other general carpentry work.
- Ability to perform multitrade tasks, including basic plumbing and tiling, is advantageous.
- Own a fully equipped toolbox and a reliable van for transportation of materials and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors effectively.
- Valid UK driver's license and own transport (van) is essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
