The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider.


Due to ongoing growth in out Driving Division, we want to speak to Experienced Driving Recruiters who can work in our Spalding Office.

The role is a 360 role and involves sales and service, however there is an established driving desk and small team to buildupon.


Ideally we are looking for a team leader, who can build upon our established business and grow across the Eastern part of the UK, including Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and into Norfolk.


Trading succesfully since 2015, we work in the Industrial, Food & Field and Driving markets and we are growing week on week.

We Hold a Gangmaster (GLAA) licence, we are members of ALP and we are LogisticsUK ( FTA ) Driver Agency Excellence Standard Compliant.

  • Industry standard salary based on your experience and level in the industry ( from £26,000 for a Senior Consultant to £35,000 for a Divisional Manager basic ) plus commission

We require

  • Experienced Recruiters used to working in a Recruitment Agency Office
  • Experience working in the Driver Recruitment Market as a Driving Consultant / Senior Consultant or Divisional Manager
  • A clear understanding of Driver and Recruitment Legislation
  • The ambition to grow your desk / division
  • Laptop & Phone
  • The will to succeed with support from Management Team
  • The ability to travel to client premises, ie own car expenses paid.
