Job Title:
Field Service Engineer

Location:
Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary:
£32,000 - £37,000 Basic, Plus Overtime, On Call Allowance, Annual Bonus, Company Van, Phone, Laptop, Company Pension Scheme, Death in Service, 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays, & Full Manufacturer Training available.


An exciting new opportunity has become available in the West Midlands, to join a market leading, global manufacturer who specialise in truck mounted cranes and forklifts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career withina well-established brand, where you shall receive an abundance of training, development, and career progression.

Within this role you shall be tasked with providing technical support to customers out on sites across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Flexibility around travel will be required.


Responsibilities of the Role:


  • Complete all service, repair, warranty and inspections jobs at customer sites
  • Build strong report and relationships with customers
  • Complete all jobrelated paperwork
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise
  • Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, ensuring compliance of company health and safety regulations

Requirements of Role:


  • Must have Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic experience
  • Hold an NVQ or City & Guilds in Engineering
  • Previous experience working on Cranes, Forklifts, Plant Machinery, Agricultural Machinery, or Commercial Vehicles shall be considered
  • To be LOLER / ALLMI certified would be an advantage
  • Full UK driving license
