Customer Support Associate - Temporary Ongoing (Office Based)
£9.67 per hour, 37.5 hours per week (10 am - 6 pm Mon - Fri)


Location:
Meir, Stoke on Trent


As a Customer Support Associate, you will be part of a flexible, multi-skilled, and continuously improving team providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers from order input through to order fulfillment.


Key Knowledge and skills required for the role:

  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to communicate at different levels such as members of the public or professional bodies.
  • Pleasant, polite, and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Accuracy and ability to follow instructions.
