    Description

    Electronics Hardware & Firmware Engineer – Cornwall - £35K- £55K

    I'm working with an Electronics Manufacturer in Plymouth who specialise in control systems for a diverse range of customers including the Defence, Aerospace & Automotive sector. They are looking for someone who enjoys a combination of hardware and embedded design with a passion to bring to life their future products in both existing and new areas.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain firmware & software for embedded systems
    • Design, develop & test new & existing products
    • Debug software & firmware
    • Work in a multidisciplinary team of Hardware & Software Engineers

    Key Skills/Experience:

    • HND/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline
    • Embedded C/C++
    • PCB Desing & Layout
    • Analogue & Digital Circuit Design
    • Electronics prototyping & testing

    Any mix of the following is nice to have:

    • ARM STM32 Microcontrollers
    • Motor Control
    • Power Electronics
    • Wireless communication protocols (GSM, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi)
