    Business Support Manager 6 months - with extensions
    Edinburgh - 2 days onsite a week, 3 days WFH

    The Client Servicing & Engagement Platform will deliver the next generation digital bank for clients, which is mobile first and data led.

    By simplifying and automating journeys, clients will receive a better experience, and colleagues will be enabled to spend more time helping clients to grow their business.


    You will be part of a fast-paced, agile environment, working closely with the team to drive efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on risk, governance, resource planning and recruitment, cost management and investment spend.

    Acting as a trusted partner to the teams we support, you will use your personal insight to drive focus on the areas that matter the most.

    You will network with senior leaders within CBBT, supporting with future ways of working and proposed strategies, identifying opportunities and risks, driving forward actions and taking control for resolving problems.

    You would be involved in encouraging and mentoring more junior colleagues, plus potentially line or task management responsibilities.

    A prior background working in a similar role, for example as operations management, project management office, business management or possibly a financial analyst.


    • Previous experience of financial management, forecasting, investment spend and cost management processes.
    • Provide advice and guidance on financial management, maintain robust and accurate Clarity forecasts, track performance to deliver to agreed financial targets and drive adherence to financial controls.
    • Previous experience of risk management, governance, resource management, recruitment and reporting.
