Procure Recruitment Group are working with an international business in their search for a Business Development Executive to work on a hybrid basis.

Our clients business is growing and with that comes new opportunities and areas of focus.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right person.

You'll be expected to work collaboratively with the wider Sales Team, supporting them in following up leads, setting up calls, preparing presentations and driving business sales opportunities,wherever possible.


You will have previous sales/business development experience and have the tenacity and appetite to learn, develop and want to succeed in this fast paced and evolving industry.


Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Sales Team in setting up outbound calls to prospective and existing customers across the UK and abroad.
  • Manage and maintain inhouse systems ensuring all associated sales administration is captured, accurate and up to date.
  • Create sales presentations aimed at proposing and closing sales for the Sales Manager
  • Accompany the Sales Manager to key client meetings and industry shows as needed, with the view to learning and developing skills and building relationships within the industry and beyond.
  • Establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities while acting as the customer's account manager while going through onboarding.
  • Create and nurture relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive a firstclass service.
  • Work in partnership with the team to ensure clear communications and full understanding of deal progress and ongoing support needs.
  • Contact existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying our products and services.
  • Take responsibility for communicating with the customer before and after a sale.
  • Put measures and plans in place to help meet personal daily, weekly and monthly targets and KPI's.
  • Able to work on your own initiative but also be able to follow instructions, as needed.
  • Competitive this is a fastpaced industry so it's important you have that competitive edge.
  • Resilient and able to work well under pressure and as part of a remote team.
  • Excellent with verbal and written communication skills excellent telephone manner and personable, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ambitious, with a passion for sales/business development and a desire to learn, develop and succeed.
