    The Quality Assurance Advisor is a key member of the Quality Assurance Team.

    The role is fundamentally about driving best practice and high standards throughout the business by auditing and coaching their branch teams to ensure that Nurseplus meets its legislative, professional and regulatory requirements.

    The Quality Assurance Advisor is expected to lead by example and recognise the individual abilities within the branch network in order to identify and mitigate risk.

    Produce audit reports with risk assessments and distribute to Branch Managers and Senior Management.
    Ensure follow-up on audit findings and provide support and coaching to maintain compliance.
    Drive new compliance initiatives and collaborate with operations and training teams.
    Assist branches in achieving compliance through guidance and action plans.
    Report branch compliance performance and concerns to the Head of Compliance.
    Assist in crisis management for high-risk branches.
    Maintain knowledge of CQC standards and Nurseplus policies.
    Prepare branches for CQC inspections and assist with policy reviews.
    Provide guidance on complaints, incidents, accidents, and safeguardings.
    Mentor branch teams and conduct training sessions.
    Attend company and team meetings, motivate branch teams, and lead by example.

    EssentialHave demonstrable experience of proven adherence to compliance requirements within the care sectorHave good knowledge and understanding of CQC regulationsHave a good understanding of and experience with auditingHave confidence in assessing and understanding riskHave experience with delivering trainingHave a positive attitude and be a team playerHave excellent organisation, scheduling and time management skillsHave excellent communication skills both written and verbalHave the ability to coach and mentor staffBe self motivated and able to work alone and on their own initiativeBe proficient in the use of excel and ability to work across multiple IT systems.

    Have valid UK driving licence and a willingness to travel extensively including overnight stays.
