Description

Durell is an established provider of software to the insurance industry with 20+ employees and offices in Taunton and Bristol.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Trainer to join our team.

The Software Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our software products to external clients.

Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs for our software products.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.

Create training modules, presentations, manuals, and other supporting materials.


Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.

Adapt training methods and materials to suit the needs of diverse audiences.

Utilise a variety of training techniques to enhance learning and retention.

Assess trainee's understanding and skill level before, during, and after training sessions.

Provide constructive feedback to trainees to facilitate their learning and development.

Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.

Generate reports to track training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Proven experience as a software trainer or in a similar role.

Ability to adapt training approaches to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.

Ability to travel occasionally for client-facing training sessions.

Full time role with some flexibility around working hours and work-from-home.

Gross salary £27,500 - £37,500 depending on skills and experience.

Enrollment in pension plan.
