Change Management Officer

GR4 £28,226 - £35,336 pro rata

Part time


I would like to invite expressions of interest from staff on priority movers from across City Housing Directorate for a permanent post at 29.20 hrs as a GR4 Change Management Officer in the Resident Involvement Team.

To include predominantly reviewing legislation, government policy and best practice to update policy across tenant engagement.

To play an integral role in the transformation programme which is being facilitated by TPAS.


Support other legislative changes being introduced by the Social Housing Regulator, Building Safety Bill and Fire Safety Bill in terms of ensuring that tenants have a voice and are communicated with effectively.


The successful post holder will also have responsibility for updating all monitoring data in terms of tenant engagement activity and reporting.

Completing a monitoring and communication role for the Kite Mark Framework which exists across the current engagement framework and ensuring that tenant groups are monitoring the performance of the City Housing directorate as part of the co-regulation responsibilities.

They will also support CHLB on a monthly basis with tenants and senior officers
