Viewing Agent (Part-Time Contractor)


We are looking for a Self Employed Viewing Agent to join our Real Estate department covering Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

The role is responsible for representing our invaluable clients, and the company, by delivering a first class customer service whilst showing potential buyers and investors round our clients properties.

Our field based Viewing Agent forms a part of our high achieving Property Sales Team. Our enthusiastic and successful agents love working in a busy sales environment. They also love pursuing individual targets for lead generation, which benefits the rest of the business

Key Responsibilities- Meeting potential buyers at properties;- Providing buyers with a list of property features and any other information required;- Assisting our valuable clients & general public, with their questions;- Effective lead generation and target achievement;- Completion of post viewing administration;- Collection and delivering of client keys to and from MOV8 offices;- Accurately logging keys as per guidelines;- Assisting the in-office team when required;- Completing inspections of our corporate clients properties.- Ensuring processes and procedures are completed accurately;- Completing any other job related tasks as requested by your line manager.- Obtaining feedback from buyers- Completing inspection reports- Diary management


Key RequirementsExceptional customer service;- Desire for personal development and continuous learning;- Achieving weekly targets for lead generation & other targets requested of you, by your line manager.- Experience working within a Customer Service environment- Self-Starter who is able to work both independently and as part of a team


Working Hours


Days and hours are flexible, however It is essential you have availability at least 2 weekday evenings and at least one day at the weekend.


Remuneration
£15 per hour plus mileage.
