Assistant Branch Manager - Derby - £30,000 Plus Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading organisation based in Derby. This is an innovative business who passionately believe in developing its people. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their existingsales team.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager you will help to drive the growth of the branch first -hand whilst ensuring the focus is on customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is results driven.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role who is looking to develop existing abilities and learn new skills.

Assistant Branch Manager Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of branch in the absence of Branch Manager
Communicate and provide knowledge to meet the needs of our customer base via phone and the sales counter
Working various roles to maintain the smooth operation of the branch
Motivate the sales team to hit targets while also providing outstanding customer service
Show leadership and make decisions
Communicate our fantastic offers / promotions to the customer network
A strong focus on maintaining or exceeding expected/target profit margins on sales made

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in a simar role ideally within the automotive industry
Excellent IT Skills
Experience with MAM software is desirable
Experience delivering first class customer service
Knowledge of the local area and customer base would be an advantage
A full, clean driving license
