Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Promote the company to existing and potential customers
  • Plumbing and heating knowledge/experience essential
  • Process customer orders
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Deal with queries
  • Order stock
  • Proven history of developing accounts
  • Answer calls
  • Work closely with other departments including transport, warehouse, counter, showroom and accounts
  • Carry out other duties which fall within reasonable expectations of the role
  • To adhere to Health and Safety standards according to the company policy for both customers, colleagues and yourself
  • To attend work clean, smart, and dressed appropriately for your role
  • To work within other areas of Lords Group Trading from time to time when and if necessary
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft and Teams is advantageous.
  • Proactive
  • Sense of humour

Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

  • Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
