We are looking for a Full-Time Finance and Administrative Assistant to work alongside our Office Manager.Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5pm
Friday: 7:30am - 2:30pm
Responsibilities include:
- Day to day admin duties including photocopying, scanning, filing and data entry.
- Managing purchase ledger and maintaining sales ledger.
- Processing Weekly Payroll & Automatic enrolment pension contributions.
- Processing and verifying subcontractors.
- Submission of RTI & CIS to HMRC.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in general office duties and admin tasks.
- Computer literate and confident with Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
- Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts and payroll desirable, however not essential as full training will be given.
- Good communication and organisation skills.
Pay:
£23,796.00-£25,000.00 per year
