Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Finance and Administrative Assistant to work alongside our Office Manager.

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5pm

Friday: 7:30am - 2:30pm


Responsibilities include:

  • Day to day admin duties including photocopying, scanning, filing and data entry.
  • Managing purchase ledger and maintaining sales ledger.
  • Processing Weekly Payroll & Automatic enrolment pension contributions.
  • Processing and verifying subcontractors.
  • Submission of RTI & CIS to HMRC.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in general office duties and admin tasks.
  • Computer literate and confident with Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts and payroll desirable, however not essential as full training will be given.
  • Good communication and organisation skills.

Pay:
£23,796.00-£25,000.00 per year
