Job Description Finance Admin Assistant Location Glasgow :
We are looking for a Full-Time Finance and Administrative Assistant to work alongside our Office Manager.
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5pm
Friday: 7:30am - 2:30pm
Responsibilities include:
Day to day admin duties including photocopying, scanning, filing and data entry.
-Managing purchase ledger and maintaining sales ledger.
-Processing Weekly Payroll & Automatic enrolment pension contributions.
-Processing and verifying subcontractors.
-Submission of RTI & CIS to HMRC.
-Answering phone calls and emails.
Skills Required:
-Proficiency in general office duties and admin tasks.
-Computer literate and confident with Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
-Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts and payroll desirable, however not essential as full training will be given.
-Good communication and organisation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,796.00-£25,000.00 per year
