The Directorate also leads our response to devolution and the establishment of long-term partnerships with Combined Authorities via our Strategic Place Partnership (SPP) model already in-place with Greater Manchester and now being rolled out across other Combined Authority areas.

We are seeking to recruit to a number of Assistant Director roles reporting directly to the national Director - Regeneration, Partnerships and Major Projects who will lead the Agencies overall approach to major project delivery, the establishment of place-based partnerships to deliver priority projects and ensure that a consistent delivery orientated approach is applied throughout the Country.

place based working including our approach to capacity and capability support to partners,

major project delivery including our approach to Urban Regeneration priorities or Garden Communities,

ensuring that projects are brought forward in a consistent way that maximises delivery of performance objectives.

You will have a responsibility for ensuring the Agency is well placed to deliver our most important and ambitious projects that achieve transformative regeneration as well as housing growth.

Your accountability will be to ensure that delivery is achieved throughout the Country working with senior internal and external stakeholders as well as being a key interface with Government officials informing policy as well as responding to Government requests for exert knowledge and information working with our Government Relations colleagues.

You will be responsible for oversight of either our overall approach to place-based working including devolution, our approach to major project delivery or our performance in achieving outcomes through a regeneration, partnerships and major project approach.

You will be a key contact for national partners and will play a leading role in promoting the Agency and the work we do.

This means being a visible leader on external platforms in addition to being a visible leader within Homes England as we implement change to deliver our new operating approach and to work in a more place based and impactful way.

Your will support the national Director - Regeneration, Partnerships and Major Projects in the embedding of a new cross-Agency approach to major project delivery.

You will support the Regional Directors and their teams by being a collaborative but challenging provider of expert knowledge and direction and will interface with the new Regional Forums to help shape their agendas and ensure they are as effective as possible.

You will therefore work with colleagues from across the Agency to help drive improved pipeline development, programme performance and place-based impact by bringing the whole Agency to our delivery challenge.

You will manage a team who will support your objectives providing coordination and expert knowledge to colleagues across the Agency.

You would be joining MPP at an exciting time.

The launch of the Strategic Plan, implementation of the Blueprint, potential imminent announcement of the Brownfield Land and Infrastructure (BIL) fund, and emergence of devolution throughout England all represent opportunities to make a real log-term difference to our communities and we want the best people possible to be part of that change.

We believe that affordable, quality homes in well-designed places are key to improving people's lives.

As the government's housing and regeneration agency, we create thriving new places and transform urban areas, combining the full breadth of our powers, expertise, land, capital and influence to bring investment to communities and get more homes built.

How? We form long-term partnerships that bridge the gap between the public and private sector to meet local needs and aspirations.

And we use our funding and support to build a more resilient, diverse and innovative housing sector, helping new entrants in the market, encouraging modern methods of construction and design, and promoting the utmost attention to building safety.

Together with our partners, we're accelerating the pace of house building, remediation and regeneration across the country, as we seek to deliver ever more affordable homes in places people are proud to call home for generations to come.
