Description
Job Description We are recruiting for a Business Analyst to drive continuous improvement, create efficiency and process improvements, while delivering parallel projects, implementations, and integrations.
Providing analytical support in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of complex system projects.You will be instrumental in working right from the inception of a project ensuring the business case, business requirements and the technology are then translated into Business Requirement Specifications or User Stories to support the development or modification of our internally developed business systems.
Understand business initiatives, strategic plans and platform architecture to influence project executionEvaluate how system changes will affect other projects, workflows, data, and reporting
Work with the business, IT and implementation partners to optimize, enhance, unify across our platforms
Formalize product feature documentation there by creating EPICs, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps (ADO)
Perform backlog grooming sessions and scrum meetings
Engage with business users at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document their requirements
Act as the subject matter expert to clarify developer inquiries during the development phase and provide on-going expertise to the business stakeholder
The ability to work independently and within a team to achieve objectives for the project
Possess a hybrid of technical and soft skills
Should have methodical & creative thought processes
Requires a unique combination of business acumen, technical expertise, leadership, and communications
Proven working experience in project management
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
~ Experience in a software development environment
~ Experience managing multiple projects and demands with various priorities and deadlines
~ Solid understanding of Scrum Agile key principles and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 35 Hours
Bromsgrove, Hybrid
