Description
Our client, a prestigious London University, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join them as a temporary Learning & Teaching Department Administrator.
The position is 35 hours per week, for 3 months. The role offers hybrid-working, with 3 days per week based on-site in Central London and the rest remote.Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing team assistance, including complex diary and calendar management.
- Being the first point of contact for enquiries to the team, providing a customerfocused service to students and colleagues.
- Supporting relevant team meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, note and minutetaking.
- Maintaining accurate data and documentation.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a higher education setting.
- Demonstrable, strong experience in customer service, particularly in providing information, advice, and guidance to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using various IT systems.
