Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor - Associate – Up to £140,000
The Role
The firm is a truly international firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering excellent legal advice, advising on complex multi-jurisdictional matters
The firm's Restructuring and Insolvency team sits within the wider Finance Group advise on a broad range of non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters. In particular, the team acts for banks, stakeholders, directors and insolvency professionals advising on recovery and business turnaround, debt and asset recovery, acquisitions of distressed businesses and cross-border insolvency.
Due to the increasing new and existing client instructions the team is looking for an experienced lawyer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience on a wide variety of formal insolvency procedures and financial restructuring.
