**Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - £75 - £85 per day

Immediate Start (January Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk**We have teamed up with a school in the Bury St Edmunds area who are looking for an individual with excellent motivation and the ability to work with children to become part of the school. As an LSA you will be the constant within the classroom moving around the school with your class and ensuring each of them are prepared to achieve everything they can during the school day.

The Role:

Monitor and assist pupils within the class under the guidance of an experienced and professional teacher.
Ensure each pupil is safe and feel like they can work productively
Report and resolve behavioural issues.
Offer advice and encouragement to pupils who feel disengaged.
Will have experience working with young people.
Have a good understanding of SEN needs and be flexible within a classroom.
A great communicator.
Passionate about helping young people.
Ideally have a childcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
Proactive and caring.
