    Description

    The opportunity

    University of the Arts London is seeking a Student Systems Support Manager to join our team and oversee the technical support provided to users of our student system (SITS) and associated applications.

    As the Student Systems Support Manager, you will manage a team of dedicated Student Support Administrators who offer high quality and customer focussed first- and second-line support to users across the University.

    Your responsibilities will include overseeing the correct and efficient use of systems, liaising with vendors to raise software issues and ensure timely resolutions, supporting testing, training, and implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and developments, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with University and External Body processes and regulations through the production of manuals and guides.

    We offer a hybrid working model, allowing you to work 50% of the time on campus at our High Holborn location and 50% working from home.

    The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of supporting student records systems, management experience including fostering cross-team collaboration and effectively managing resources, and strong planning and prioritisation skills to achieve long-term objectives.
