Description
Duties:
- Answering telephone calls dealing with customer queries or request
- Producing purchase orders through xero and sending them to suppliers
- Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery
- Tracking and recording deliveries on xero
- Managing stock
- Building relationships with existing and new suppliers as needed.
- Admin support to other departments when needed
To be successful you'll possess:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work in a lively, fun and fast paced office
- Aptitude for learning, and looking for a role whereby you can really get your teeth stuck into
- GCSE C's and above in maths and English
