Description

Duties:


  • Answering telephone calls dealing with customer queries or request
  • Producing purchase orders through xero and sending them to suppliers
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Tracking and recording deliveries on xero
  • Managing stock
  • Building relationships with existing and new suppliers as needed.
  • Admin support to other departments when needed

To be successful you'll possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work in a lively, fun and fast paced office
  • Aptitude for learning, and looking for a role whereby you can really get your teeth stuck into
  • GCSE C's and above in maths and English
