Top crypto trading firm is looking to hire a distinguished Senior Quantitative OTC Trader with 4+ years of crypto experience to work within a relatively new team on a full-time basis.

The company is fast-growing and have developed a leading market position across several exchanges and clients globally. You will help shape, build and the OTC side of the business and report directly to the CIO.

This will involve working closely with senior stakeholders to manage OTC trading flow from existing as well as new clients to further scale the business globally.

This presents a very good opportunity for a reasonably experienced individual to participate in very interesting work in a fast-paced and healthily growing environment founded on the principle of hard work and meritocracy.

What we're looking for:

> 4-10 years experience in an OTC/derivatives trader role at a bank, hedge fund or ideally crypto trading firm specifically

> A Bachelor or Masters degree in a quantitative subject (Maths, Physics etc)

> Knowledge of crypto markets, structured products, counterparties, trading venues etc

> Experience with Python, R, or other languages beneficial

> Strong communication skills

> A self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively in a setting that encourages entrepreneurial thinking

Compensation is unprecedented and based on experience.
