    Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership:
    leadership at the operational level, overseeing multi-site activities and addressing challenges that may on-site staff and clients to ensure efficient project delivery

    Strategic Planning:


    and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance.opportunities for expansion and potential establishment of a centralized hub.


    Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    adherence to industry standards, compliance with regulations, and maintenance of high-quality testing uphold health and safety, quality, and ethical standards

    Turnaround Management:


    a track record of successfully turning around businesses, improving standards, and enhancing quality control.potential challenges related to profitability, culture, and operational efficiency.


    Financial Acumen:


    relevant Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities, creating and implementing financial strategies for increased revenue.financial data to make informed decisions and drive profitability.


    Leadership and Change Management:

    Client Relations:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Experiencehas an understanding of Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, or experience within a technical/engineering services environment.experience at the Operations Director/General Manager/Managing Director level.a good mix of 4 key pillars – commercial, operations, finance and people of leading growth and complete ownership and accountability for P&L.success in people and change people and change management and ability to drive positive change.
