    Key Responsibilities:


    Manages Hiring Process workflowWorks closely with the talent and marketing teams to ensure our postings are bringing candidates to ARCKeeps detailed records of the open positions posted and tracks the selection of qualified candidates.

    Keeps the HR and Talent leadership abreast of the progress of the current open positions and notifies them of any issues that may arise that would prevent or impede the hiring process in a timely manner.

    Conducts initial screening of candidates for hiring managers via video or phone.

    Orders/request background checks according to standard company practices on all candidates selected by the hiring manager for a particular job.

    Contacts prospective candidates and discusses job offers, explains company benefits and describes orientation programs and sets start date.
    Assists in company's WOTC processing during hiring processSchedules and plans new hire orientation assignments according to company's standard practices.
    Assists in the creation, production and maintenance of an engaging and informative online orientation program for all new hires.

    Files documents and reports in the appropriate employee personnel file in an accurate and consistent manner while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and physical security standards.

    Key Experience and Education Needed:


    High school diploma or equivalent required and a Post-secondary degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.

    Previous Talent Acquisition and Recruiting experience would be awesomeCertification as a Human Resource Professional by an industry specific accrediting body preferred.
