About Our Client:

Our private sector client works within the energy and sustainability sector.

  • Overseeing all relevant documentations are filed, completed and reviewed for all buildings within the portfolio.
  • Ensure delivery is efficient, costeffective and made on time.
  • Support the maintenance, portfolio and station teams
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Communicate with stakeholders internally and externally

The Successful Applicant:


  • Facilities management experience within an energy or industrial background is preferable.
  • Experience overseeing hard services/maintenance team/ contractors
  • Confident in reviewing health and safety/compliance documents
  • Able to make decisions in a pressurised environment
  • Understand how to implement costeffective strategies to operational delivery
  • Previously managed high volumes of business requests
