About Our Client:
Our private sector client works within the energy and sustainability sector.
- Overseeing all relevant documentations are filed, completed and reviewed for all buildings within the portfolio.
- Ensure delivery is efficient, costeffective and made on time.
- Support the maintenance, portfolio and station teams
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Communicate with stakeholders internally and externally
The Successful Applicant:
- Facilities management experience within an energy or industrial background is preferable.
- Experience overseeing hard services/maintenance team/ contractors
- Confident in reviewing health and safety/compliance documents
- Able to make decisions in a pressurised environment
- Understand how to implement costeffective strategies to operational delivery
- Previously managed high volumes of business requests
