We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Assistant Guest Experience Manager to join our Front Office team.Manages day-to-day operations for Guest Experience, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis
Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed
Respond to guest requests, queries and complaints
Take and process guest room service orders
Ensuring Exceptional Guest Service
Work with the management team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Previous experience working within Front Office department
