    • ole Overview: As a Supervisor/Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all engineering duties and supporting your team members to ensure project success. From installation to maintenance, you'll utilize your leadership skills and technical expertise to deliver high service levels for our clients.
    • b>Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise engineering duties on both Installation and Maintenance Contracts across our portfolio of clients throughout EMEA.
    • Liaise and support clients over the phone and in-person.
    • Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems.
    • Research, analyse, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
    • Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
    • Provide product education and support.
    • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored.
    • Collaborate closely with all relevant personnel to ensure effective implementation.
    • Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
    • Report project progress to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
    • Take ownership of tasks and see projects through to completion.
    • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients and management.
    • ‍ Qualifications & Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in the security systems industry
    • Strong knowledge of overseeing daily installations and associated systems
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage change and pass on information effectively.
    • Full UK Driving Licence
