We are looking for an Administrator, with
experience of working for either an Energy Consultancy or Energy Supplier.

Your Role:
Administration Coordinator


This role will be varied and fast paced, with this in mind we are looking for an individual who can think on their feet and deal with challenges.

The role will entail but is not limited to the following:


  • Creation of excel reports using data to show trends and anomalies for clients.
  • Ability to deal with supplier objections.
  • Ability to deal with supplier terminations of contracts.
  • Managing and tracking queries and the ability to ensure that these are dealt with in a timely fashion.
  • Assisting with the collation of data from suppliers and clients to aid with the sustainability reporting requirements.
  • Answering and making phone calls.
  • Dealing with external partners and managing relationships of these partners.
  • Leading/partaking in Teams meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to provide project update summaries.
  • Providing management support to the Client Services Manager in the training and development of new starters.

Required skills

  • 2+ years' experience in an administration function within the energy industry e.g. supplier/consultancy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.

Salary:
£20,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
