_UKSE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATOR_
_ Office based within Service Centre_
To provide a support role to the Service Centre Manager, coordinating all SAP requirements from initial job entry to invoicing, supporting the Service Centre for all purchasing requirements including cost estimates for all enquiries.
_KEY RESPONSIBILTIES_
- Upon receipt process all orders onto SAP
- Generate & invoice invoices via SAP
- Raise purchase orders via SAP
- Process Valve Certification on SAP
- Open order book valves ensuring delivery and invoice target dates are met and adhered to
- SAP is updated job hours, supplier, new vendors, customers with correct information daily
- Negotiates price and delivery with vendors when required
- Works with vendors to ensure quality, delivery and cost requirements are met
- Administer the ordering and distribution of stationery requirements including all PPE uniform requests
- Ensure all filing is maintained & in good order
- Process timesheets on ADP real time, and entry of jobs on SAP
- Undertake debt collection of pumps & valves (exception of Open Order Book valves YWA).
- Undertake all associated duties relating to office management of the service centre operation.
- First focal point of contact for all visitors to the service centre, along with supporting incoming telephone calls.
- Provide support for the Service Centre Manager & the team during holidays & sickness
- Responsible for all aspects of Hyde training and ensuring that all certificates are current and valid and recorded on HSEQ Matrix both inhouse and on site.
- Support/Coordinate internal & external audits
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required to support the service centre
- Carry out all work practices in line with Company H&S policy
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies & procedures
_QUALIFICATIONS_
Educated to GCSE Level C 9or equivalent).
- Strong administration skills
- The ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly numerate with excellent command of Microsoft office especially Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience of using SAP.
- Ability to work within company policy and procedure
- Demonstrate ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet required workload.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- IOSH training advantageous.
