- Administer all customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Generate and manage accurate and easily accessible information for all customers
- Manage stock levels within agreed limits
- Continually improve the standard of service provided to every customer
- Liaise closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of customers' orders

- Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships
- Be a competent user of Word & Excel and able to analyse data and spot trends
