    London EMEA Facultative Client Advocacy Lead
    This is a managerial role, with direct reports of client advocates and junior team members.

    You will work closely with the EMEA Facultative leader, Global Client Solutions Lead, in Region Operational Lead and London Operational Lead.

    Operational oversight of the advocacy team in respect of business operation, liaising closely with the EMEA Fac Client Solutions lead and London Advocacy leads.

    Day to day management of the EMEA London pipeline and sales management process
    Liaising with Claims advocates to ensure all claims are paid promptly
    Producing final documentation to confirm coverage to clients and peer reviewing that of the junior members of the team

    Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

    Management and remediation of any identified risk and compliance breaches, working closely with Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit.
