A highly reputable independent Estate Agency is currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for their office in Woodside Park, N12.

Established in 1981, they have consistently provided an exceptional service at all times.

To be successful as the Sales Negotiator you will be proactive, target driven and a clear communicator.

The Sales Negotiator's responsibilities will include the following:

  • Liaising with both clients and applicants and identifying their requirements.
  • Booking and accompanying property viewings and providing feedback.
  • Negotiating on offers.
  • Building strong relationships with both clients and applicants.
  • Always providing and delivering a high level of customer service.
As the Sales Negotiator, you will be rewarded the following:

  • £18,000
  • £22,000 base salary, dependent on experience.
  • Plus commission and car allowance.
  • First year expected £35,000 £40,000 OTE.

Required Skills:


  • Be hungry and driven to succeed.
  • Be personable, honest, and able to communicate at all levels, whilst working to sales targets and deadlines to maximize business opportunities.
  • Driving License and own car
  • Have strong relationship building skills.
