    I am working on behalf of a prestigious global retail organisation who are currently looking for a Service desk Support Engineer for a permanent appointment, based near Peterborough.

    Skills required:

    Windows 7 -11

    Office 365

    Mobile Support (IoS & Android)

    Active Directory administration

    Remote working solutions support (ADSL, Broadband, RSA, MFA, and VPN's)

    Microsoft Endpoint Manager (desirable)

    ServiceNow (Desirable)

    ITIL (Desirable)

    This would be working for a good team, with good (permanent) career progression for the right person.
