A Leading Luxury Automotive brand are currently looking for a Technical Trainer who has experience in creating content around Quality Engineering topics such as Lean six-sigma, 8D, 5-why, Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

This team develops all new training content across the entire business, so not only will be you helping develop the next generation of content you will also have access to the latest Quality Engineering principles to help educate the wider business.

The role itself will be working closely with Quality Engineers from around the organisation as they continue to look to improve the quality of their Luxury products.

THIS IS A TRAINER ROLE though. My client are not looking for a Quality Engineer who wants to help develop training. They are looking for someone who has a background in creating & teaching content (e-Learning, Instructional designer, Trainer, lecturer etc), but has a background in Quality Engineering practices.

They are therefore looking for people who have either:

Working with this large scale OEM & Luxury Brand not only offers a great opportunity to get involved in working with cutting edge global training practices, but the size of the wider training team (its big) means there is a amazing career development potential within this wider training function.
