Quality Manager

Interv_l is pleased to be working with an exciting client that designs and manufactures high power electrical resistors used in electricity generation, transmission and distribution.

Supplying to large contractors, Electric Vehicle OEMs and other end users throughout the EU, EMEA and APAC regions.

You'll understand what their customers need and help maintain the company's reputation by delivering quality products, helping to drive sustainable growth.

Address customer complaints with containment actions and long-term solutions.
Monitor performance and report KPIs to maintain quality standards.
Devise and deliver in-house quality awareness training.
Support process improvement activities and undertake special projects as required.
Proficiency in quality systems and measurement.
Effective planning and prioritization skills.
Ability to excel in diverse and dynamic environments.
Nice-to-have qualifications include H&S experience and environmental management certification.
