Our effective in-house developed learning tools have helped us to collaborate with clients across a broad scope of industries and sectors.

We deliver level 3, 5 and 7 Leadership and Management apprenticeships.

We are building a coaching team focusing on supporting and stretching our learners and are currently looking to expand support for our
Level 7 Senior Leader learners.

Role Overview:


As a
Skills Coach, you'll be instrumental in guiding a diverse cohort of learners through the
Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship standard, focusing on personalized development.

You will provide exemplary coaching support for a cohort of adult learners, ensuring timely progression in their apprenticeship as well as the best possible outcome for the learner.

This role is fully remote, with occasional operations meetings and company away days in-person.

Skills Coach - Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exemplary coaching, support, and motivation to a cohort of adult learners enrolled in the
    Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship
:


  • Develop robust plans for each learner's unique learning journey, showcasing deliberate and wellstructured progress from their starting point.
  • Integrate onthejob and offthejob learning components into learners' development journeys, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
  • Tailor additional support and catchup solutions to meet individual needs and personal goals.
  • Engage line managers in learners' progress and conduct regular tripartite reviews.
  • Prepare learners for the endpoint assessment gateway, ensuring they are wellequipped to succeed.
  • Ensure learners fulfill offthejob learning requirements and meet the standards' expectations.
  • Proactively engage and reengage learners who may be falling behind in their learning.
  • Participate in Apprenticeship Team & Standardization meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of our coaching practices.
  • Foster a passion for learning and effectively engage with learners from diverse industries and backgrounds.

Skills Coach - Experience & Qualifications:


  • MBA/Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management or relevant Master's Degree, or Level 6 with industry experience.
  • Seniorlevel management experience with involvement in strategic direction.
  • Knowledge of management and leadership apprenticeships (essential).
  • Qualifications in teaching, learning, assessment, or internal verification (desirable).
  • Minimum GCSE A*C in English and Mathematics.
  • Customeroriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement and selfdevelopment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a sense of accountability.
