YOUR ROLE:


  • The location is flexible across Europe, but ability to frequently travel within Europe required, predominantly within the UK.
  • Coach, develop and support a team of ten colleagues in Europe.
  • Develop and execute regional key account strategy (short/mid and long term) aligned with the Automotive OEMs business unit strategy.
  • Deliver sales plans as well as improve pipeline of projects at European key accounts.
  • Optimize sales mix to achieve higher growth and margins.
  • Secure key account must win projects and develop sustainable and longterm relationships and collaboration with key accounts
  • Define accountspecific pricing ambitions and run global/regional negotiations.
  • Analyse financial KPIs and proactively steer key account business.
  • Drive and rollout customer approvals and push upstream solution selling.

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Account Management and/or Business Development.
  • Experience in managing crossfunctional teams in an international context.
  • Strong team player with track record of developing high performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly systematic and conceptual thinking.
  • Fluent English language skills, further language skills are beneficial.
  • The location of the incumbent is flexible across Europe, but ability to frequently travel within Europe required, predominantly within the UK.
