- Work collaboratively in cross functional teams to investigate and rectify deviations from processes, product specification or GMP compliance
- Liaise with production and Labs to support the investigations and provide the required scientific technical input into OOS manufacturing investigations for the appropriate root causing
- Gathers, collates, and analyses data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Applies the principles of continuous improvement by identifying and actioning improvements and efficiencies in the processes
- Focus is on identifying long term engineered solutions to non-conformance and OOS
- Supports the project management team by providing the required technical expertise to site projects
- Applies the principles of data integrity in all of the work they conduct
- Degree level qualification in chemical engineering, process engineering or related subject, or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrable experience of employing engineering principles to solve problems
- Good understanding of Risk Management
- Experience of statistical methods and data analysis is desirable
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely technical and complex issues
