Finance Assistant

12 month Contract


Salary:
£25-30k


Location:
Office is based in London Bridge but this role could be home based or hybrid.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week - flexible hours for home-based working

Standard pension, 25 days holiday plus 1 day for your birthday if it falls on a weekday.

Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for a home working or hybrid position? This retail maintenance company with offices based in London Bridge could be perfect for you


Duties:


  • Sales Invoices
  • Process payments and purchase invoices
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Upload invoices onto Sage
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Chase client debt
  • VAT

Requirements:


  • Knowledge and experience using Sage is essential
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous experience within a Finance based roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
