We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior HR Generalist to join our client's dynamic HR team for a 15-month Fixed Term Contract, covering maternity leave. Reporting to the UK HR Operations Partner, you will provide HR operations support across a key business line. You will be a key contact for around 200 employees, providing support to managers on performance management and continuous development.

About the Role:

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, and recruitment.
You will collaborate with different departments to ensure effective HR practises and policies are in place, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, provide HR guidance, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience working at a senior advisor or generalist level.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Advanced user of Excel and confident in reporting and compiling data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
HR certification (e.g. CIPD) is preferred but not mandatory.
