About the client:

We bring project owners, and technology providers together and assist our clients before, during, and after our events to meet their potential partners.

Our conferences are characterised by three main pillars: useful connections, valuable discussions, and end-user cases.

About the role of a
Conference Producer:

  • Conduct extensive telephone and in-person research
  • Create a conference agenda that meets the needs of the market
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments
  • Identify, invite, confirm, and liaise with speakers
  • Arrange and conduct facetoface and online meetings with key clients

About you:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in Conference Production
  • Great communicator with C level individuals
  • Excellent copy writing skills
