    Cambridgeshire – Supplier Quality Engineer – Telecommunications

    My client are leaders in the telecommunications industry and are increasingly growing and are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer.

    Main Duties:

    • Management of the quality management system, ensuring compliance to ISO9001 standards
    • Liaison and collaboration with all areas of the business to identify quality targets and support product development and continuous improvements
    • Engagement and liaison with external suppliers and accreditors to assure quality of products and compliance
    • Handling and management of quality issues
    • Dealing with suppliers

    Key Skills and Experience:

    • Previous experience within a Supplier Quality Engineer/Manager type role
    • Knowledge of implementing quality standards with latest ISO9001 standard
    • Expertise in using six sigma methodology
    • Experience within an electronic/mechanical/manufacturing environment

    The salary for the position is flexible depending on experience
